Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Blue Chip Gaming Academy uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our services such as the training centre or our online services.

Blue Chip Gaming Academy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using the training services or the online services, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Blue Chip Gaming Academy may change this policy from time to time by updating this information. You should contact us from time to time through the contact details provided to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from September 2017.


What we collect

We may collect the following information: • name • contact information including email address • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests • other information relevant to your course enquiry or administration.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, or mail. We may use the information to customise the training or online services according to your interests.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online or at our training centre. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery Policy

If you pay for our course fee in full, then you will receive confirmation and a receipt within one working day. Alternatively, if you are paying your course fee via instalments, then you will receive confirmation and a receipt within one working day of us receiving your deposit and signed credit agreement. A date will be arranged which is suitable for yourself will be your course start date. If for any reason you do not receive confirmation or a receipt please contact us immediately.

Refund Policy

Any refunds will be made to the person or organisation that paid the original fee and by the same payment method, except where the payment method was cash, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer and we will request your bank details.

Please note that refunds will not be immediate. However, they will be processed in a timely manner, but are subject to the Blue Chip Gaming Academy authorisation process and bank processing timings.

Refund Due

We are not able to offer refunds to learners after they have enrolled on the course.

If a learner wishes to withdraw from a course before they have enrolled their payments will be refunded to them less a £100 administration fee.

If a learner wishes to withdraw from the course once the training has commenced then the full deposit agreed upon at the beginning of the course will be forfeited and any license fees (where applicable) will be charged.

Where courses have been started where a credit agreement is in place with regards to payment instalments, the full amount should be owed and any license fees (where applicable) will be charged.

Where candidates have been given a placement/job offer and their probation period has been unsuccessful or they have left their place of employment before the completion of the probation period then any placement fees will be added in addition to the remainder of any credit agreement instalment fees.
